EXTENDED WARRANTY
The extended warranty obligations of Hindsights 20/20, LLC. for approved Watec camera are limited to the terms set forth below:
What is Term:
This extended warranty shall be either for 1 or 3 years (depending on the length of coverage that purchaser choses) from the date of the purchase of the extended warranty.

What is Term:
This extended warranty shall be either for 1 or 3 years (depending on the length of coverage that purchaser choses) from the date of the purchase of the extended warranty.
What is Covered:
The extended warranty may only be purchased for Watec, Inc. cameras purchased brand new from Watec, Inc. or one of its authorized dealers and within 3years of age. Before the extended warranty is effective, Hindsights 20/20 shall validate whether the subject camera qualifies for the extended warranty.
Once Purchased, the extended warranty covers the following:
- product design or manufacturing defects
- any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
- This extended warranty covers any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Watec, Inc. to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
What Is Provided Under the Extended Warranty:
For the duration of the extended warranty, the original purchaser of the extended warranty shall be entitled a brand new or refurbished, replacement camera. In order to obtain the replacement camera, the purchaser of the warranty shall contact Watec, Inc. to make a claim under the warranty. Once the claim under the warranty is excepted, Watec, Inc. will ship out the replacement camera within 48 hours of receipt of the broken cameras.
Who is Covered:
Only the original purchaser of the extended warrant is covered. The extended warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
